A division of: The Slouch & Friends, Inc.

Synopsis re: Programs, Goals, Stories.............................................

I. WHAT IS...THE "SLOUCH IN THE COUCH"?

The "Slouch In The Couch", is a series of children's books based upon a fantasy world which is found within a Magical Couch. These stories provide fantasy for children, with underlying morals, family values, and hints of right from wrong. There is absolutely no violence in these stories, just fun, adventure, fantasy, and humor. The "Slouch In The Couch" stories have been published in local magazines, and have sparked interest in the various communities. Due to this, the publishing of the stories is currently in progress (children's books), with two half hour children's programs in production (The Children's Corner & The Slouch In The Couch, Uncut). There is also a "Slouch In The Couch" cartoon, in the development stages. The "Slouch" is a character that climbs out of the World of the Magical Couch, into our world, to eat the schoolbooks of children that don't do their homework. The Grocks help catch a Slouch when ones in our world, and the Weazit's help the Grocks. There are other characters as well, including: Frankie Goodprankster, Melvin the Great, Grandpa Oldprankster, the Shlox, the Stinkells, and many many more. Rick and best friend Mildred McGee live up in our world, and it's Rick that the Slouch initially sets his eye on, as Rick has failed to do his weekend homework on Friday night. There are nine "Slouch In The Couch" stories to date, which contain story lines that are fun, and keep the interest of it's children audience , while providing educational entertainment (geared for ages 5-9), that is not readily found in todays literature for children. We are seeking Investors to become a part of our various productions. For more information please e-mail us at: investor@slouch.org . We will provide you with current projects and additional information.

II. THE "CHILDREN'S CORNER" & "THE SLOUCH IN THE COUCH, UNCUT"

".....Where do you go...We're going to go....To The Children's Corner...!!" These are the main lyrics from the theme song, "The Children's Corner". Presently in production, this half hour television program for children, is based on the "Slouch In The Couch" learning books. Hosted by Stephen J., the children are taken into the World of the Magical Couch. "The Slouch In The Couch, Uncut", uses a different format, that takes you on location, to various places of interest. A chocolate factory or dairy farm are two examples. This format is likened to a variety show, using children that interact with the characters. By mixing reality with humor, various elements of education are introduced without the young viewers really aware that they're actually being taught. Each of these shows, are a type of subliminal educational program. However, they're fun, musical, and will keep the attention of the viewers without any presence of violence. The music is all original, and is performed by, "The Slouch In The Couch Children's Corner Band". The opening sequence for "The Children's Corner", has been produced.

III. WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM OTHER

CHILDRENS' PROGRAMMING??

This program is down to earth, authentic and imaginative, in the way it presents the educational material. Each program includes humor, fun, adventure and in the end, a moral and satisfied scientific experiment. There is absolutely NO VIOLENCE, only fun, fantasy and curiosity in "The World Of The Magical Couch." The television program ("The Childrens' Corner"), opens a lot of doors to imagination. However, the biggest difference, is that the "Slouch In The Couch" is also geared towards adults. Our theory being, if the parent likes the program too, the chances of that program being turned on has just been excelled!!

IV. GOALS

The theme of The "Slouch In The Couch" Educational Productions, is: "Education Through Entertainment"!! That's what this entire project is all about! It's fun, it's fantasy, it's funny, it's entertaining......but best of all...it's EDUCATIONAL!! Characters aren't hitting each other or beating each other up. Absolutely not!! Rick wants his schoolbooks back...not because he necessarily likes doing homework... but he knows that he can't watch T.V., or go and play, until it's finished. He MUST get those books back from the Slouch. In lieu of violence, we have chasing, adventure, laughing, and most importantly...LEARNING!! I can not express the interest that this entire concept is generating. We have it all. Directed at all children throughout the world, from all ethnic groups and walks of life, we provide characters that are loveable, music that's adorable, and a theme and goal, which is...EDUCATIONAL!

His plan backfires, and shows Boris and all of the Stinkells what loving and friendship is really all about.
